THIS modest little pad is Justin Bieber's new £3.8million home.
The 18-year-old star is reported to have splashed out on the sprawling property in Calabasas, in the north of Los Angeles.
It comes with a huge swimming pool and a spacious guest house for visiting family and friends.
And Justin is planning to splash more cash on making the mansion as hi-tech as possible, with a computerised system so that he can control blinds, lights and gadgets at the touch of a button.
He also plans a teen bedroom, with games consoles and arcade machines, as well as a home cinema.
The millionaire Canadian has been house-hunting in Hollywood for a while, and almost bought a property that Ashton Kutcher is currently renting.
But, according to reports in the US, his head was turned by the Calabasas house and he has now snapped it up.
The star's new single, Boyfriend, is released at midnight tonight — and it's set to be another huge hit.
That should pay for a few bits of furniture for the new digs...

Girlfriend Selena Gomez is likely to be spending a lot of time at the new home, where the couple's neighbours will include Britney Spears and Steven Spielberg.
