Steve Wilkos' show just hit an all time LOW. On a show earlier this week, they showed an 18 year old girl who is having SEX WITH HER FATHER.

What's so sad about this is the girl, who was MOLESTED as a child and sounds like she may be mentally retarded, wants to get PREGNANT and have a BABY with her father.
